Events We Train For:

🏃 Running (100m, 400m, 800m, 1600m, 5000m) – Improve speed, endurance, and technique with professional coaching.🦵 High Jump – Master the proper jumping technique, flexibility, and explosive strength for maximum height.🏅 Long Jump – Enhance take-off power, landing techniques, and momentum control for better performance.💪 Shot Put – Build upper-body strength, proper grip, and throwing mechanics to increase distance.

Training Methods & Equipment Used:
